At Asset Management Partners, we have a passion for the art and the science of real estate. We blend detailed analysis and instinctual clarity to help create maximum value for the neighborhoods in which we operate. We take on projects that we are genuinely excited about tackling; projects that have strategic importance for their community, locations that have overlooked potential, and opportunities that will stretch our creative abilities.
Prior to founding Asset Management Partners, our principal devoted the prior 20 years to working for large REIT's, Pension Funds, and Private Investors overseeing the daily operation of large portfolios of properties throughout Florida.
We utilize this deep experience and expertise, combined with a fully built-out and robust back-office team, to deliver maximum value to our tenants, partners, and the communities.
Our average retail site has a traffic count in excess of 42,000 vehicles per day, creating opportunity for our tenants and longevity and impact for the property.
Our average site has more than 160,000 residents within a 3-mile radius which creates a built in customer base for our tenants.
Our sites are constantly maintained and updated to a very high standard with new lighting, sealcoating, striping, landscaping, etc.
We acquire strategically positioned land for future development, with a special focus on extremely supply constrained markets. One of our current design and build projects is a single-family estate home along a private stretch of Northeast Florida Coast.
We strongly believe in the future potential of Northwest Fort Lauderdale, especially along the Sistrunk Corridor. Having been heavily involved with redevelopment of these neighborhoods for the past 15 years, we remain directly invested in more than 24 projects within the community.
With 20+ years of South Florida real estate experience, Chris has worked with large national REITs, Pension Funds, and Private Developers on a wide range of properties including retail, industrial, office, and residential.
In addition to his real estate projects, Chris devotes his time to the Northwest Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board of Directors, Broward Housing Solutions Board of Directors, and to lecturing and mentoring within the Terry Stiles Master of Real Estate Program at Nova Southeastern University.
